At VisionsNot Dreams, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages or Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at nawfsidestudios3@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we will work with you to resolve any issues related to damaged or incorrect items.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Apparel or accessories once shipped

European Union Customers

Due to the nature of our products and our store policies, we do not honor the EU 14-day cooling-off period. By placing an order, you agree to waive your right to cancel under this regulation.

Shipping Policy

Premade Items

Premade items typically ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Preorder Items

Preorder items may take up to 2–3 months to ship. While most preorders are fulfilled much sooner, we provide this extended timeframe to ensure adequate time for production and fulfillment. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to this possible wait time.
