Damages or Issues

Premade Items
Premade items typically ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Preorder Items
Preorder items may take up to 2–3 months to ship. While most preorders are fulfilled much sooner, we provide this extended timeframe to ensure adequate time for production and fulfillment. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to this possible wait time.
