Shipping policy

At VisionsNot Dreams, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping timelines before placing your order:

Premade Items

All premade items typically ship within 1–2 business weeks after your order is placed.

Preorder Items

Preorder items can take up to 2–3 months to ship. While we usually fulfill these orders much sooner, we list this extended timeframe to ensure we have adequate time for production and fulfillment. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to this potential wait time.

Please do not file chargebacks.

Chargebacks can take up to 75 days to process, and during that time, the funds are removed from my account — which means I can’t ship your item.

If you’re experiencing a delay or have any issues, please contact me directly. I’m here to help and resolve things quickly. Filing a chargeback will only make the process longer and might result in you not receiving your product or your money.
